Avida Land Launches i-Excel Program

Avida Land’s Customer Care Department recently launched the i-Excel (Avida Customer Service Excellence in Action) Program during the company’s townhall meeting last September.

Customer Care Head Ferdie M. Mangali led the launching and discussed the objectives and parameters of i-Excel.

The program aims to imbibe within Avida Land’s corporate culture the required mindset to achieving and sustaining excellence in the area of customer service. I-Excel also serves as a support program to the company’s Sure & Secure Campaign which reinforces the brand name of Avida Land Corp.

I-Excel will be carried out in the form of a recognition program where employees who exemplify outstanding customer service can be nominated by the organization to the Customer Service Excellence and Customer Service Elite Circle Awards, regardless of whether they serve internal or external customers. Nomination parameters focus on behaviors or activities resulting to outstanding customer service or increased level of customer satisfaction over and above the employee’s required job responsibilities.

Apart from the awards cited above, successful employees will also be given cash incentives and will be entitled to either a local or international holiday tour.
