Two Serendra Moves Forward.  To culminate the structural aspect of Community Innovations’ urban development Two Serendra (Phase 2B Sec D & E), a topping-off ceremony was held recently to signal the completion of the first half of the project. According to Community Innovations’ President Dante M. Abando, “Topping-off is a major accomplishment as far as any construction development is concerned. It is a milestone achievement that pronounces the completion of structural works with the last structural piece having been concreted into place.” Another cause for celebration is Two Serendra’s attainment of the 2 Million Safe Man Hours with No Lost Time Incident, meaning there were no accidents incurred for the whole duration of the structural phase.  Community Innovations believes that safety is paramount and should be given a lot of attention, resulting to the avoidance of accidents.
